Griffin Men's Hockey Program Donation Form

Thank you for supporting the MacEwan University Men's Hockey Program.

Our student athletes make numerous sacrifices to compete at the intercollegiate level and your contribution assists in providing the support needed to run quality competitive programs.

Your donation helps to cover team expenses such as travel, equipment, uniforms and game day meals.

In making this donation, the donor acknowledges that the donation thereon will support the Griffins Men's Hockey team, and is made without any expressed or implicit conditions and without any rights, privileges or personal benefit to the donor or specified athlete. Further, the donation is not made in lieu of mandatory membership, event or team fees.

PLEASE NOTE: This form is for tax receiptable personal or corporate donations only. Do not submit any group fundraising activity proceeds (not eligible for a tax receipt) with this form. Group donations should be submitted directly to the Team Coach or Griffin Athletics Office for processing.
